As Fort Bend County’s first female District Court Judge, Vicki Pinak has insight into how a client’s case may be perceived from the bench.

Vicki Pinak was appointed to the Fort Bend County District Court bench. The appointment was based upon her years of experience, ethical reputation and accomplishments.

Vicki Pinak graduated from the University of Houston in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree. While she was obtaining her undergraduate degree, she was involved in the development and implementation of the first infant stimulation program through Mental Health Mental Retardation Authority. This program expanded and provided services to thousands of children with learning disabilities.

After Vicki Pinak completed her undergraduate degree, she obtained a law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law and began her legal career with the legendary attorney, Tom Alexander. While working with Tom Alexander she handled extremely complex litigation matters for celebrities like Mickey Gilley, Bob McNair and major corporations. She was regularly in federal courts and state courts handling hearings and trials.

Vicki Pinak has been married to her husband for 25 years, and they have a son who is in middle school. She moved to Quail Valley in Fort Bend County in 1972.

Judge Pinak uses her insight to her clients’ advantage and will advocate for her clients forcefully in the courtroom. With additional experience as a mediator and arbitrator, she knows what is needed to finalize a successful resolution for legal matters.
